What is unique about my material composition?

Neodymium magnets are composed of neodymium (Nd), iron (Fe), and boron (B) in a crystalline structure (Nd₂Fe₁₄B), fabricated via powder metallurgy.

Energy product (BHmax) : Up to N52 , 10× higher than ferrite magnets, enabling ultra-strong magnetic fields in compact sizes.
Coercivity (Hc) : Exceptional resistance to demagnetization, ideal for high-dynamic environments.

Operating limits : Uncoated magnets: ~80°C; coated grades (e.g., N-series) withstand 150–200°C.
Stability enhancement : Dysprosium (Dy) doping reduces high-temperature flux loss .

Neodymium magnets are prone to oxidation. Coatings like nickel (Ni), zinc (Zn), or epoxy resin prevent corrosion, extending lifespan in humid/acidic environments .
5. How to interpret my performance grades (e.g., N52)?

“N” prefix : Denotes neodymium magnet.
Numeric suffix : Indicates maximum energy product . Example:N35 : 35 MGOe (general-purpose).
N52 : 52 MGOe (highest commercial grade, balancing cost and performance) 。
